Kreative Workshops are Inkundla’s hands-on creative development programme — for emerging artists in the provinces and practising artists in Freetown. We run two formats: Wi Kreative Playgron (WKP), which spotlights one artist who shares their work and process with the group; and Kreative Kommunity (KK), an open mic format where multiple voices share and respond to each other.

We work with young people aged 14 to 18 in youth workshops, and with emerging and practising adult artists in separate sessions. Workshops run in Kenema, Lunsar and Foredugu, and Freetown — taking creative development out of the capital and into communities where it has not always had a home.
Since 2026, we have been running weekly drama and storytelling workshops in partnership with EducAid Sierra Leone, working with young women and girls across their schools programme.
Later in 2026, a seven-day intensive workshop series will take Kreative Workshops to Kenema at full scale — funded by the EU Delegation in Sierra Leone through the Culture Moves Salone mobility programme.
